Manager / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development
As a Manager / Sr. Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development at NextRNA Therapeutics, you will join an interdisciplinary team of highly creative and talented individuals whose mission is to translate pioneering science of non-coding RNAs into transformative medicines for patients.
You are a strategic individual who will work alongside the CBO to formulate and execute corporate development initiatives, such as corporate and portfolio strategy, BD/Partnering, and Financing-related projects. You will have an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to enable and accelerate the long-term objectives of NextRNA.

What you’ll do:
- Support strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, Corporate and Partnering strategy formulation & execution
- Help develop and execute internal and external communications strategies, support IR/PR efforts, assist in the preparation of critical communication/reporting material, including corporate decks and board presentations
- Lead competitive intelligence activities, participate in scientific/partnering conferences, analyze, and monitor threats and opportunities at the scientific, medical, and corporate level
- Provide support on sell-side/buy-side partnering projects, including transaction readiness, natural partner mapping, due diligence, negotiations, and other activities
- Build internal relationships and ensure effective communication across functions
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of business experience in biopharma (corporate development, consulting, venture capital, investment banking)
- Advanced scientific degree is a plus
- A solid understanding of drug development, oncology, and RNA biology, is important
